The controversial rapper, born Russell Jones, was sentenced in June to spend 180 days at the Pasadena, Calif., facility after he pleaded no contest to violating his probation in March.
The rapper's probation violation stemmed from an incident in January, when he allegedly got drunk after a court appearance in New York. ODB is due back in court Dec. 20 for another progress report. Before that, he will turn up on The W, the next album from the Wu-Tang Clan, which hits stores Nov. 21.
